Why not in your surroundings?
Holistic view
More than a meter wide allows for something impossible on digital screens: continuous and systemic vision.
Agendas and apps are essential for storing information, but your notes remain hidden until searched for. Panels display information.
Keeping strategic notes always visible in your surrounding environment makes it easier to remember, focus, and review your priorities daily. This reduces your memory effort, freeing up more mental resources for action.
“It should come as no surprise that visual cues are the greatest catalyst for our behavior. A small change in what you see can lead to a big change in what you do.”
— James Clear, Atomic Habits
A blank wall space is an always-available visualization resource, with no access steps or distracting triggers. That's why it works so well for highlighting information.
Easily seeing your daily priorities contextualized between what has been done and what is to come maintains continuity between actions, reveals patterns, recalls recent choices, and helps you decide with greater confidence.
Greater clarity, greater motivation.
Why not on the phone?
Less Interference, More Focus
Even when the intention is to plan, the digital environment tends to fragment attention.
Your phone brings everything together in one place: work, study, leisure, conveniences, messages, and notifications. By moving a planning review session away from your phone, you reduce interferences and create a dedicated space for analysis and decision-making.
In the digital environment, you have to resist other apps and stimuli on the way to the app you want to use. With a quiet board on the wall, strategically anchored in your work or study environment, the most important notes stand out, without competition.
The board acts as a focal point for thought, always open, visible, and without distractions. It helps preserve your mental energy and deepen analyses and reviews.
"The ability to concentrate intensely is a skill that needs to be trained and protected.”
— Cal Newport, Deep Work
Environments conducive to concentration can be built with simple strategies, such as quarterly boards.
They do not replace your personal organization and planning resources, whether digital or not. They complement them, offering an architecture of focus amidst the noise of everyday life.

Now I can see what I actually do, and I even enjoy making these annotations.
— Mateus, High School.
Dialogue instead of demands.
Gone are the days of "I don't remember," "I don't know," and "but I studied." Now we have data and facts to back up our conversations. Our dynamic has completely changed.
— Ângela, student's mother.
No anxiety.
That calmed me down because I saw that I was skipping many days of study but didn't realize it.
— Laura, Middle School.
Beyond academics.
It's become a topic of conversation when I get home. My daughter learned how to use it, got used to it, and even likes it. She puts a lot of effort into it and loves to explain her conclusions. In our home, this goes far beyond just schoolwork.
— Renato, father of a student.
Scientist.
I feel like a scientist doing this. I can really get to know my study.
— Benício, Elementary School.

Questions and ideas about the dashboard
What will I receive after purchase?
Immediately after payment confirmation, you will receive an email with a link to the download area for your dashboard modules.
You can print your files as many times as you like.
Print at home as usual, on plain or heavier paper (higher grammage). There's no need to cut or fold.
How do I print my files?
Print your files normally, as you usually do.
SETTINGS
• Scale: original file size (100% size, no adjustments).
• Paper: A4 (portrait orientation).
• Quality: if possible, set the best print quality.
Do prints use a lot of printer ink?
Don't waste ink! Your files are designed for ink-saving and fast printing.
How many times can I print my files?
You can print as many times as you want. There is no limit.
Does it need cutting or folding? Is it easy to assemble?
There's no need to cut or fold; simply print 4 pages and join them horizontally in sequence. The design is modular, intended to be easy to visually align the pages.
To glue the pages together, ordinary adhesive tape is sufficient. For an even better result, you can optionally use simple double-sided tape (for paper, without foam).
You don't need strong tape or large pieces of adhesive tape. The panel is very light, and small pieces of tape at the edges of the sheets are enough to hold it on the wall.
Before using the adhesive tape of your choice, test its adhesion and removal on the wall.
How to attach to the door or wall?
ADHESIVE TAPE
No need for strong tape.
The most practical way to attach your dashboard to the door or wall is with regular adhesive tape.
We recommend about 5 cm of tape applied to the four corners of each sheet.
You can also use double-sided tape, but regular tape is usually easier to remove.
FRAMES
A4 size.
You can also use frames without glass (to allow writing on the paper) and with a removable back, making it easy to change modules throughout the months.
Can I embed the dashboard modules?
Yes. Use A4 paper frames, without the glass, to allow writing on the paper.
You can also attach your dashboard to magnetic boards or cork panels.
Can I create dashboards for other people?
Yes! Modular and with options in each module, the dashboard is versatile and can be tailored for any study objective.
It's a viewer for everyone from school and university students to researchers and self-learners.
What if I make a mistake?
Cross-outs can be delicate, like thin horizontal lines. They can also be informative.
Cross-outs often signal changes, mapping important alterations in planning or discrepancies between expectations and results.
You can even assign different meanings to cross-outs: one line for one type of alteration and two lines for another.
I've never used this type of resource. How long will it take me to get used to it?
By using it consistently every day, you should get used to the dashboard within the first few weeks.
In less than a month, you'll start noticing patterns, ideas, and connections related to your goals, your routine, and your potential actions.
Using the dashboard will progressively become more intuitive, meaningful, and engaging.
Why is this planning solution different from conventional ones?
The dashboard offers a contextualizing, aesthetic, and motivating experience, free from digital distractions.
With it, you build a de-automated and realistic data visualization of your own behavior patterns and results, day by day.
This allows for a profound and inspiring process of self-knowledge.
Modular and progressive, your dashboard was developed based on principles from psychology, neuroscience, and information design. It facilitates an uncomplicated and creative study routine.
My handwriting isn't good, will it work out?
Yes! Practicing writing will develop your motor coordination. This improvement will not only make your handwriting better, but also your line in general, in addition to activating areas in your brain that are not benefited by typing alone.
How soon after payment can I download my files?
Immediately after: the download is released immediately after payment confirmation.
The link to the area where you can download your files will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase.
