Why in your surrounding environment?

Overview

More than a meter wide allows for something impossible with digital screens: continuous and systemic vision.

Agendas and apps are essential for storing information, but in them your notes remain hidden until sought. Offline boards expose and highlight information.

Keeping strategic notes always visible in your environment makes it easier to remember, focus, and review your priorities daily. This reduces your memory effort, freeing up more mental resources for action.

“It shouldn’t surprise us that visual cues are the greatest catalyst for our behavior. A small change in what you see can lead to a big shift in what you do.”

— James Clear, Atomic Habits

A free wall space is an always-available visualization resource, with no access steps or distracting triggers. That's why it works so well for highlighting information.

Easily seeing your daily priorities contextualized between what has been done and what is to come maintains continuity between actions, reveals patterns, recalls recent choices, and helps you decide with more confidence.

More clarity, greater motivation.

Why the quarterly period?

Effective and motivating balance

A month is too short to provide context. A year is too long to maintain enthusiasm.

In a monthly view, decisions are limited to a horizon of a few weeks, a narrow period to visualize and relate what lies beyond daily demands. Without this perception, urgencies put daily life on autopilot and push your priorities to the background.

On the other hand, an annual view can be too long to sustain focus and energy throughout the months.

It's no coincidence that quarterly planning is widely used in organizations, agile methodologies, and management models.

Companies define priorities, allocate resources, and review results in three-month cycles because this interval allows them to monitor progress, observe consequences, and adjust routes in time.

On a personal level, the logic is the same.

Thinking in quarterly cycles helps transform intentions into concrete commitments, connecting larger goals to well-defined and effective daily actions.

The quarter offers more time for deliberate decisions, moving forward with room for insights and adjustments along the way.

Why outside the phone?

Less interference, more focus

Even when the intention is to plan, the digital environment tends to fragment attention.

Your phone brings everything together in one place: work, study, leisure, conveniences, messages, and notifications. By moving a planning review session away from your phone, you reduce interferences and create a dedicated space for analysis and decision-making.

In the digital environment, you have to resist other apps and stimuli on the way to the app you want to use. With a silent board on the wall, strategically anchored in your work or study environment, the most important notes are highlighted, without competition.

The board acts as a focal point for thought, always open, visible, and distraction-free. It helps preserve your mental energy and deepen reviews.

"The ability to concentrate intensely is a skill that needs to be trained and protected.”

— Cal Newport, Deep Work

Environments conducive to concentration can be built with simple strategies, such as quarterly boards.

They do not replace your personal organization and planning resources, whether digital or not. They complement them, offering an architecture of focus amidst the noise of everyday life.

Guiding colors

Inspired by the seasons, the colors are soft and form a gradient that signals the passage of time. As you replace the quarters, they discreetly change and help gauge the time ahead.

Questions and ideas about the dashboard

What will I receive after purchase?

Immediately after payment confirmation, you will receive an email with a link to the download area for your collection of quarters: they can start in any month and already include 2027.

Each quarter is a 4-page PDF for printing and is available in 3 models: Focal Point, Trio, and Self-Care.

When printed and assembled, it measures approximately 114 cm wide by 21 cm high.

You can make as many panels as you like: for yourself, your family, or your team.

You can also create semi-annual and annual panels by attaching more than one quarter to the wall, one above the other.

Print your quarters at home normally, on plain or thicker paper (higher grammage). No cutting or folding is required.

What can I customize on my dashboard?

At the top of the dashboard, you can write a title or other information, such as observations and instructions, or leave this area for the end of the quarter and write conclusions.

In the Self-Care template, you can write the name of each of the eight self-care icons.

How do I print my files?

Print your files normally, as you usually do.

SETTINGS

• Scale: original file size (100% of the size, no adjustments).

• Paper: A4 (landscape orientation).

• Quality: if possible, set the best print quality.

Do prints use a lot of printer ink?

No wasted ink! This panel is designed for ink-saving, with fine lines and soft colors.

Plus, it's only four pages per quarter.

How many times can I print my files?

You can print as many times as you want. There is no limit.

Print boards for goals in any area of your life: work, study, career, graduate school, selection processes, competitive exams, shared with family or team, self-care, new habits or routines, dietary re-education, training, hobbies, and more.

Create different quarters for yourself and others.

Ideal for highlighting and tracking agenda priorities, including school.

Strategic in supporting home study for your son's or daughter's grade recovery.

Also ideal for collaborative use (more than one person), such as family projects: vacation plans, celebrations, and outings. Collaborative use is unifying, integrating, and motivating.

Does it need cutting or folding? Is it easy to assemble?

There's no need to cut or fold; simply print 4 pages and join them sequentially, horizontally. The design is modular, intended to be easy to visually combine the pages.

To adhere the pages together, regular adhesive tape is sufficient. For an even more aesthetically pleasing result, you can optionally use simple double-sided tape (for paper, without foam).

There's no need to use strong tape or large pieces of adhesive tape. The panel is very lightweight, and small pieces of tape at the edges of the sheets are enough to secure it to the wall.

Before using the adhesive tape of your choice, test its adhesion and removal on the wall.

How to mount the panel on the wall?
ADHESIVE TAPE

You don't need strong tape: each quarter is very light (only 4 A4 sheets).

The most practical way to attach your board to the wall is with regular adhesive tape. We recommend about 5 cm of tape applied horizontally to the four corners of the board. Small reinforcements can be applied at the junctions between the sheets.

You can also use double-sided tape, but regular tape is usually easier to remove.

BOARDS

Minimum recommended width: 120 cm

You can also attach your visual quarter to:
• magnetic boards
• cork boards
• frames without glass (to allow writing on the board) and with a removable back, making it easy to change the quarter.

Can I frame the canvas?

Yes. In addition to the simplest way to attach your panel to the wall, which is with adhesive tape, you can use it in a frame without glass.

If you are framing the panel, assemble it before ordering the frame: its final width is about 114 cm, but it may vary depending on how each person assembles it.

And for greater comfort when writing, we recommend a frame with a passe-partout (5 cm or more).

You can also attach your panel to a cork or magnetic board.

Can I make panels for other people?

Yes! It is made for everyone from professionals and students to collaborative use at home or in the office.

The board is versatile and can be made for any type of purpose. For example: for your student son or daughter, friends and family, for collaborative use in family or team, at home or at work.

This board is a game-changer for different purposes: supporting study strategies, career changes or shifts, organizing events and helping people with memory or organization difficulties, including people with ADHD.

I want to save all the quarters as I complete them. How do I do that?

Store your folded boards in an envelope or rolled in a mailing tube.

If you choose a mailing tube, we recommend a minimum height of 25 cm.

You can keep your boards as a record or memento. They are also ideal for professional, academic, personal, or family retrospectives. Examples: launching a new business, consolidating new habits, or educational journey.

What if I make a mistake?

Cross-outs can be delicate, like thin horizontal lines. They can also be informative.

Cross-outs often signal changes, mapping important alterations in planning or discrepancies between expectations and results.

You can even assign different meanings to cross-outs: one line for one type of alteration and two lines for another.

I've never used this type of feature. How long will it take me to get used to it?

By maintaining daily consistency, you should become accustomed to the dashboard within the first few weeks.

Adaptation is usually natural and motivating. Commit to writing something down daily and reviewing your notes before starting your day.

In less than a month, you will begin to notice patterns, ideas, and connections regarding both your goals and your routine and possibilities for action. Using the dashboard will progressively become more intuitive, meaningful, and engaging: a productive and inspiring habit.

Why is this planning solution different from conventional ones?

This panel offers a contextualizing, aesthetic, and motivating experience, free from digital distractions.

With it, you can view key notes for past, present, and future days at a glance, within a quarterly context.

Modular and progressive, it was developed based on principles of psychology, neuroscience, and information design.

Over time, you can also keep completed quarters as a reminder of achievements, learning, or simply a record of processes.

The combination of personalization, distance from digital distractions, ease of access, visual impact, clear goals, and a broad view of past and future days offers a revealing and inspiring timeline.

Your panel is the foundation for an uncomplicated and creative routine of self-knowledge and action. It strengthens new habits, promotes attention, and facilitates presence at any age or stage of life.

Much more than a planning tool, it does not replace your diary: continue using diaries, planners, and apps for details and secondary information.

The panel is for selecting, synthesizing, mapping, and integrally visualizing what matters most in your day. And in your life.

Can I print in black and white?

Yes. When printing in black and white, the colored blocks will be converted to light gray tones.

The differences are subtle, and the blocks filled with gray remain functional: in soft tones, they contrast well with the writing and consume little printer ink.

My handwriting isn't good, will it work out?

Yes! The practice of writing will develop your motor coordination. This gain will not only improve your handwriting, but your drawing in general, as well as activate and develop new areas in your brain.

How soon after payment can I download my files?

Immediately after: the download is released right after payment confirmation.

The link to the area where you can download your files will be sent to the email address you provided during purchase.

Can I sell the printed panel?

Yes, you can sell pre-printed panels. What is not allowed is reselling or sharing the digital files.
