To choose the ideal modules each month, see below how each one works.
With the Focus module, you transform your goal into a visible process. It's a four-step cycle: objective, actions, results, and adjustments.
Avoid vague goals like "improve grades" or "study more".
Define something specific and focused on a real need, such as "Recover math and science in the 2nd semester".

Homework, supplemental book reading, revisions, assignments... how can you truly remember what you did, what you only started, and what you skipped?
In the Routine module, you define four basic activities, such as tasks, revisions, study, and reading.
These activities can be planned by another person, such as a teacher (homework, for example), or by you (an intention to review material before a test, for example).
Every day, you mark the activities you did. If it's a planned activity, like homework or a review, mark whether you did it, didn't do it, or partially did it. If it's not a planned activity, such as a study session you decided to do that day, just mark that you did it.
And in this module, you will mark twice: in the circles next to the days of the month and in the bar graph at the top of the module.
1. Fill the circles completely to mark that you did an activity. If you haven't done something planned, just outline the circle. If you have done it partially (you started but didn't finish everything), fill only half of the circle.
2. Then, go to the bar graph. Note that there is a darker line right in the middle of it, between the central rectangles. To the right of this line, fill a rectangle whenever you have done an activity, planned or not. To the left of this line, fill a rectangle whenever you have not done or completed a planned activity.
Unlike the circles, never skip rectangles: they must be filled adjacent to each other.
Example:
On Monday, you did your homework and filled a rectangle to the right of the central line. On Tuesday, you didn't do your homework, so you filled the rectangle on the other side of the central line. On Wednesday, you did your homework, so you should mark the rectangle adjacent to the one you filled on Monday.
You can use the standard module, which already comes with the items Tasks, Reviews, Study, and Reading, or name the items your way, using the module with free space for you to write.
In the example below, the items are Homework, Study, Reading, and Assignments.

Description.
Description.
Description.
Description.
Description.

Advanced: I can explain in my own words and without consulting notes
I can do exercises easily
I understand new content
Started: I still have many questions
I do exercises but still make many mistakes
I need to review old content to understand new content
Postponed: I didn't dedicate myself / didn't pay attention
ROUTINE MODE
1 Mark only the days you completed everything. Do not skip days.
2 At the end of the month, count the days you did not have the task.
3 From the end, mark the number of days you had a task but did not complete it.
Think about which ones you will use. We suggest 4 per month, but you can use more, like 6 modules, or fewer, like just 2 or 3 modules. See below for some compositions with different numbers of modules.
Access your exclusive downloads area at concretize365.space and download your modules.
Even if you don't make new notes on the day, reviewing the modules can give you insights and ideas you hadn't grasped before.
